I am using the dress for my daughter's wedding in July of 2023. The inner black part of the dress is soft and comfortable. The outer cape is a bit stiff and could be itchy if up against the skin but isn't. I returned the size 20 dress for a smaller size, I estimated the dress to be smaller than it was. Looking forward to being the mother of the bride in a pretty dress.
