This dress fit me exactly. I ordered a medium and am 5'6 - 36" bust, 30" waist, 41" hip. Someone a few inches less in those measurements could still get away with the medium since the cut is flattering both loose and fitted. Length is just dusting the top of my ankle ball joint which is fine for a beach wedding but someone taller than me may find it closer to tea length or difficult to wear with heels.Something to note is that the top is loose. The straps are adjustable like a bra but the front is designed to be more loose/gappy. I am a 34 D so I filled it out just fine but someone more conservative or smaller chested may prefer to add a snap to reduce cleavage. No built in support so if your chest needs additional support/shaping you may need to add a braMaterial isn't super shiny like a satin but beautifully luxe and elegant. Color matches "Ink Blue" and "Marine" from several of the bigger bridesmaid dress brands but is super lightweight and better for a beach wedding. I ordered the color "Navy" but it should be noted it is not a true dark blue navy - its more oceanic/marine
