Best value! I give this dress more than 5 stars! It's well made and beautiful! I cannot praise them enough for how superior their craftsmanship is! I am 5'3" and it is a bit long without heels but the dress is lovely and I feel like a princess when I wear it! It looks exactly like the Fair Lady wedding dress on Amazon. Buts there are some things that need to be stated here.1) The Color.... I wanted a pure white dress, and read other reviews (even those from other countries) that the Fair Lady ivory dress actually comes in white...and they were right. I ordered an ivory dress and got a pure white one.2) The Size... I read that many dresses made in China that are available through Amazon almost always run small.Petite size...Since I am petite, I ordered this dress, because it is adjustable and would need minimal alterations.This dress touches the floor and makes petite women look taller.Bust.... I proudly fit a 34A, and so I ordered a dress that fits a bust size of 35 inches.Waist and hips...The size of my waist and hips did not matter when I looked up the size since the waist laces up and can expand and this is a wide A line dress. I wear a size 4 in dresses, but using the size chart ordered a size 6. Most Amazon reviewers say to order at least a size up.Height...I will wear 2 inch heels, and may get the bottom hemmed (not so necessary). But it will probably get dirty anyway since I will have an outdoor wedding.Sleeve length... The sleeves fit me perfectly...But, I fit a size 0 and size 2 jacket depending on its shape...so you will fit this size 6 wedding dress if you wear the same.There was a little gap in space under my arms in the sleeves. My shoulders are a bit wide for this dress, so the piece that snaps closed at the back of the neck does close..but I will need help with doing so and with lacing up the back of the dress. The range of motion of my arms is not restricted in this gown.3) Convenience - This is available through Amazon Prime, making returns free and easier.4) Value - I wanted a dress with lace, satin, and tulle for under $180 because I will only wear it for one day , but want to give it away as an heirloom. The dress' material gives the illusion of being satin, but has a slightly rough feel. I do not know if this dress has satin in it or not. Regardless, for the amount of detail that this dress has in the lace, the overall design, the cut, and the amount of fabric you get ... it is an excellent value! It should be about $400 or more. None of the fabric is very soft but it is not itchy in my opinion. Many wedding dresses on Amazon are almost equal in cost to this dress, but are sleeveless. Also, It is such a voluminous dress. It is somewhat heavy, but would be okay for a wedding in the summer. I do not like sequins..which the dress has..but for the price I can't complain. I like seed pearls or crystals more.5) Accessories... It doesn't need much. I wanted a gown like Grace Kelly's/ Kate Middleton's. If you put a belt on this dress it would add volume to the waist and may appear to cut you in half making you look shorter in height or wider...small earrings, maybe a veil, or for.a Boho look, a flower crown which I will go for and someone else said she will let me borrow. Sometimes less is more.6)The smell... the dress or the bag that it was packaged in smelled slightly chemical, but it was not overwhelming and can be aired out. I noticed the smell as soon as I opened it, but afterwards I could not detect it.7) Fast delivery...it was delivered in less than 3 days on time and in clean condition.8)Style... I saw another A line long sleeve wedding dress that I could have purchased through Amazon Prime, but I did not get it because it looked more vintage. I wanted more of a modern style illusion lace dress like Kate Middleton's rather than a vintage lace one.Cut.... Also I did not want thick vintage lace trim around the collar and at the end of the sleeves because in my opinion it gives the appearance of cutting my arms and chest area making me look smaller.Open back...Also, I read reviews on dresses that are wide open in the back that cause wardrobe malfunctions. I like the fact that this dress snaps closed in the back.Neckline...Also I wanted a sweetheart "neckline" but one without harsh lines because I do not want the focus there or on a bulky chest. This dress has an asymmetric lace pattern that softens the edges of the sweetheart neckline putting less focus, on and softening the cut in the chest area.I hope this review helps! I spent 3 weeks and countless hours (when I found the time) trying to learn as much as I could about ordering dresses on Amazon before I ordered this one. I was not paid to write this review. I posted the good and bad. I will be moving to a new country in a month (boxes in the photos' background), but bought this dress before moving (while I still have a permanent address). I am not sure of what the mail delivery system will be like in the new country. I hope that Fair Lady gets more customers! It deserves the business!P.S. I did not lace up the dress in the back before taking these photos, because I could not do it on my own. Best wishes!I ordered this dress custom sized and with custom cap sleeves, and no train. I was nervous, but it came in and it was gorgeous!! I loved it so much! It fit perfectly, except it was a little bit long. I wore a petticoat with it and that helped.My husband couldn’t stop saying how beautiful I looked and how good the dress looked. No one at the wedding believed me when I said it came from Amazon and I only paid $145 to have it made custom to my measurements!!I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!The design of this dress is beautiful. It definitely does not look or feel cheap. The champagne color is perfect (you can see both outdoor and indoor colors in the pics). I sent my measurements and it fit everywhere except the bust. I had to have a friend alter (luckily for free) the top to fit me better but as you can see in the “lacing up” pic, there is a gap in the armhole/bust even after alterations. The dress is comfortable. I had a petticoat under the dress to make it flair out some. The heels I had on were 3.5”. Overall, for the price I really can’t give this dress a bad rating. The dress is gorgeous and the customer service was excellent. Quick shipping so there were no worries there.This is the most beautiful dress for such a reasonable price. They took my measurements and made me the most gorgeous dress I could have imagined.If there is a bride like me, on a budget, but still wanting to feel like a catalogue princess bride on your big day, look no further! This dress is perfection! I’m a heavier girl, so to feel tight and secure in the chest area but also the bodice it was nice that I could pull off a look like this too! I received so many compliments and it was so rewarding knowing I only spent $167 after tax! Do it! You won’t be sorry! If I had to name a con:1)if you’re not used to corsets, get ready! It was an experience for sure getting in and out of it!2)And it is super heavy, but never once took away from the excitement I felt wearing it!3) The seamstress I took it too said she couldn’t bustle it for me because the layers were separated and it wouldn’t help much? It didn’t stop my night or make it hard to dance! I was a little nervous and had to practice walking in it because it is a lot of material but it comes together so beautifully!I give this dress a 10/10! I’m so blessed to have stumbled upon this and it truly made me feel like a queen on my wedding day!LOVE IT!! I am so picky with dresses and could not find something I liked. I got this custom made to my body and it fits great!! I requested no train because my wedding is an outdoor mountain wedding and they made it without the train no problem. I was pleasantly surprised that there is boning in the dress, so a bra or corset is not needed!! (Even though I have a way above average chest.) I bought spanx and that’s not needed either. I definitely recommend buying a petticoat for underneath. I bought one from the same seller and it came in the same package. It works perfectly with the dress! It has two layers of tulle on top of the rings, which is better than most I saw.My only issue with fit is that it did end up being a little long despite being made to my body. I’m going to get a second petticoat for on top of the first and hope that helps lift it enough.Despite having a corset back, it is pretty much fully tightened, so if you think you may lose some weight between ordering and the wedding, it will not tighten up to your new size. You may want to request an inch or two smaller so that it will have room to tighten. This isn’t an issue with me because the wedding is so soon, but just in case it is a possibility for you!I will not add my measurements since I had them custom size it - I do not want anyone thinking the size I technically ordered fit my measurements without customization.
